Cade is finally playing like the confident kid we saw at Westlake High School, winning those state championships! He’s moved to the next level mentally and physically.
If the team keeps improving, the Tigers could be looking at another playoff run in December! We just have to continue to improve, reduce the mistakes, and play injury free for the second half of the season!
Go Tigers, Beat Virginia!

Yep, after the UGA game everything that he's seen in the games since they just seem to be in slow motion to him, and it's been easier for him to get up and go play the game that he loves after facing the elite talent that he faced in the UGA game. My only wish right now is, is that he would have had a few games under his belt before he had to face a very good Georgia team. I believe that if he would've had a few warm up games prior to Georgia, his numbers would have had a totally different look. By the time we hit the playoffs I think we will see a very confident and a very experienced QB than the one we saw playing against Georgia, and if we don't maybe we'll need another QB, but I don't think that'll be the case with Cade as our QB...

Is that Georgia defense 10x better than any team Clemson has played since?
It is such a freakish outlier in the Tigers record, Georgia must have a defense that is beyond anything that ACC teams have to offer.
I can only enjoy watching the Tigers win, but continue to FEAR the moment that Clemson has to play a defense like Georgia.
How will Clemson respond to meeting up with another “Georgia”?

Mark my words; Clemson won’t lay another egg against elite competition this year. If the UGA game was game 10, Clemson would win or lose in a very close shootout. I worry more about our defense against elite skill players. Garrett Riley has the boys believing and performing at a high level. Sports psychology plays a huge role in player success. They have to believe they are the best player in the field at all times. They believe.

got their psyche back a week later.
Somehow, the players didn’t let that game stay in their head such that that single opening loss became a 2nd loss to App State.
If what you say is true, I would very much have loved to hear Riley’s sessions with the offense collectively and individually.

Being out coached in the 2nd half was rather obvious and the scheduling. Opening game with Georgia was too much. I honestly believe it would've been much closer if scheduled a couple games later. At least I hope so.

Honestly, I believe we would see a very different Cade Klubnik playing against the very same Georgia team that he played against this past August. If we play Georgia again, we will see a kid that has dreamed of a chance to prove that he is better than that kid we saw play against a good Georgia team that's not that giant he thought he was playing against last August...

Cade has turn into the QB we all were looking for the past 2 years. I, for one, admit I was not impressed with him last year nor in the opening game with GA. But, dang if he has not turned it around. I know the competition the team is playing is not at the level of GA expertise but it is who we have to play. He does look good flinging that ball around.

Cade is playing the position and managing the game really well. Playing with confiedence and taking what the defense gives him. O-line may be playing at an elite level. A healthy, talented group of pass catchers also helps.
We'll have a much better idea about how far Cade has come when the competition ramps up a bit in November.

Cade is playing well but I haven't seen a single publication put him in the Heisman conversation yet, or even the Top 10. Is this being discussed outside of TNet message boards?

Don't forget Cade's running ability has improved. He saves many a drive when he takes off. Defense is aware he may run too and has to account for him. And, heck, once he breaks lose he turns into a real speedster.
