Good Morning TNet! What is on the breakfast menu today?

It’s my favorite meal of the day because I love eggs and cereal and French toast.

Since today is a workout day, though, I’m having a smoothie with protein powder, almond milk, frozen strawberries and bananas. Good enough nutrition to join the Clemson Football team (for all you wrong bored morans).

A good breakfast sets you up for a productive day, so what are you starting your day with?

Yes, almost 30 pounds this year and 20 at the end of 2024! Best diet ever, cutting the sugar out was the hardest thing the first week or so. I have used other sweeteners.

I’ve had to buy new clothes once & I’m needing new clothes again now. I feel the best I’ve felt since I was 33-40.

I work but haven’t been working out with weights constantly. My results could be better had I worked out more regularly.

My buddy does the carnivore diet and swears it’s legit. I can’t live on that, but it sounds delicious

My workout days are Sunday through Thursday. My breakfast is a ton of supplements, protein shake. Lunch 1/2 cup high protein cottage cheese and 2/3 cup high protein plain Greek yogurt and protein bar. Dinner 1/3 chicken breast baked with 1 cup fresh root veggies. Cutting weight and building bulk. Ask again on Friday and Saturday (cheat days). Will be more like 3 slices bacon with two eggs, grits, and fresh baked bread toast.

Have a great workout today. I know that grind. Today is leg day and cardio for me.

I eat my plain Greek yogurt w walnuts or peanuts and a little jelly.

Thanks and good luck building bulk and cutting fat. Watching the fat disappear is rewarding.

I hope you do well with fasting, it’s not for me. I always thought the best way to lose weight is manipulate your metabolism into speeding up by changing your eating from eating to stay full to eating to live, like getting enough instead of stuffing yo face.

I fast at least 20 hours a day so I won't eat until this evening, but if I was having breakfast it would be eggs, sausage and bacon. Sometimes grits but too many carbs to have it a lot.

I made a Mediterranean Chickpea sald . Drain and rinse 2 cans Chickpeas, dice up a cucumber , 1 red bell, 1/4 red onion , black olives , coriander and feta .
Little red pepper flake , little salt and black pepper.
Shake up a vinaigrette (1/2 cup olive oil , 1/4 cup red wine vinegar and juice a half lemon).
Toss it all together.
Dang delish!
