Yep, and anybody that can't understand that's part of the HCing job, and that is to build as much depth as possible at all positions bc that is the only way a team, any team can win a National Championship game is with good depth at about every position on both sides of the ball. A team may get to the NCG with limited depth, but they're not going to win it all with just limited depth.
But I ask, can you imagine this OL with the WR depth that we have with DW4 or TL16 behind center. Don't get me wrong bc I think that Cade has done a good job the past two games, but a DW4/TL16 he is not.
Do I think that with DW4 or TL16 we would've beat Georgia in our first game of the season, no I do not, and I don't mainly bc our coaching staff wasn't sure of the trust they could depend on in our first game, and most of our really young talent had very limited targets with very limited playing time. We played against UGA without being close to having a set playing roster like they have now. No, I don't think we beat UGA with DW4 or TL16 in our very 1st game of the season!!!

allorange, quite often, I don’t understand your point, or even why you say some of the things you do! Great effort by our current qb and that’s all that matters NOW! Not sure why you feel the need to talk about past quarterbacks after Cade had two real good performances!!

I thought Cade played very well against UGA. Made some mistakes, yes, but there were a few dropped passes that would have extended drives and led to points.
The only reason we lost to UGA was because we were trying to "ease" our freshmen in too slowly.
Westco, Moore, and Brown did not play that many snaps. I understand why they were held back and am not questioning the coaches, but lets be clear that the team we are fielding now is not the same as against UGA. We will be ready next time.
I'd like to see our D-fence step up a little more, but I like letting Woods get healthy while he isn't needed. Winning conference games and getting depth players game experience is most important. Great to see so much depth getting to play again!

Stanford maybe a little tougher game than what we had against NCST bc I think that Stanford has this week off to prepare for us, but in no way do I believe they are as talented or as good as we are. That week to prepare for us I don't think that it slows us down very much if any... To be perfectly honest, we would have to beat ourselves bc they don't have the horses that run with ours!!!
