the poster said starting qb's. Garcia was not a starter at the time of graduation. He was an indefinitely suspended quarterback.

Wow that sucks for them. As much as I hate SCAR, I admit that Shaw is a good football player and I was kind of rooting for the guy to get the job last season since Stephen Garcia is such a #####.
Like you, I don't want them to have any excuses this year so I hope he comes back healthy IMO.
