Talent is definitely lacking in AZ....so hard to really project where he is talent-wise. IMO, having watched him I think he's what you call a "project" QB.

Apparently most people disagree. He’s in almost everyone’s watch list for best QB and his stats are right up there. He will definitely get drafted and if he continues to progress next year as much as he has this year, he’ll be a first rounder.

I saw his as the 10th ranked QB if he comes out after this year. I obviously he could use another year. He might have a huge senior year. He will have some talent to work with.

Maybe he made a good call. It's a great university academically, really good football program ranked 8th and playing well, and he is getting more money.

I hope not really going after Cutter Woods doesn't bite them. Just down the road at Westside. Camped at Clemson and wanted an offer, but didn't get one. Committed to Wake, then flipped to Gamecocks. 10,000 yard passer in high school.

We need somebody to come in here and get deep into the weeds on the playbook, as well as strength and conditioning. I want them to be primed and ready to carry the playbook and gym bag for Tait Reynolds.
Just have to keep those baseball scouts away from him.

To answer your question, supposedly we are going after Bryce Baker (NC commit) as well as the NC St commit who is from the Columbia area. His name escapes me. Cutter & others are potential options but not at the top of the list. A recent Mich QB de-commit is on the list as well
