I am going to start regarding Elon Musk?

Elon is going to start a new college FB conference. He will pay the top 20 college teams 120 million a year with a 6% -8% increase per year after year 2 to join his new conference. Each team will have to sign a long term contract.

He will start a new X streaming channel on which all conference games will be streamed. Monthly fee to access channel on any streaming device. He will add other live sports events and other programming to make his X channel the best streaming channel available.

He will have his own FB league and his own CFP with the top 8 of the 20 teams playing in the XCFP .

THE power 4 schools will be irrelevant with the loss of the top 20 teams.

You heard it here first.

I guess he'll come up with his own there too.

No clue, but first look at those numbers look low. He'll likely be asking for his cut of nil and rob schools of copyrights and stuff.

He's definitely hunting a pay model for X

Musk is letting Tucker Carlson use X for Tucker's show. Musk is also going to interview Trump on X. So, X has the capability to stream worldwide at a capacity unmatched by any other streaming service. Musk is also needing to increase revenue for X as it is not and has not turned a profit since he purchased it. Advertisers went woke and quit advertising on X because Musk would not play the censorship game and reinstated most of the people who had been outright banned as well as those who had been shadow banned by the previous owner.

So, Musk has this powerful streaming service that he needs to monetize. College FB and college sports will attract advertisers and if he adds more content, he will add more ad revenue as well as monthly subscription fees.

In any event, he is going to transform it into a streaming video service. That is where the money and the future lies. The only other alternative is to charge a monthly fee to use X in its current format. I don't think people will pay for a chat channel. The man is brilliant and X will be transformed.
