Ok I’m gonna take a pass AGAIN at this

NOBOBY IS DEFENDING DEPORTING GANG MEMBERS, NOOOOBODY. Dems aren’t even defending deportions in general. I don’t know any of these folks or the students grabbed off the streets or any of them. The issues is the lack of doing it within the law. The Due process is not just a suggestion that dumb donald can sidestep at will. If during the due process the judge says get em outa here then process is met, then so be it.

We have seen “clerical mistakes already and I’m guessing all the folks being called “gang members” may not be, but that’s why we have due process will be discovered.

Actually they can get deported without their day in court and it's very common. It's the norm. It's called expedited removal and it depends how long somebody has been here. No they don't all getan day in court and it's not required. Here is your answer below. Cut and paste below about Expedited Removal.

Expedited removal is a fast-track deportation process used by U.S. immigration authorities (like CBP or ICE) that allows them to deport certain non-citizens without a formal hearing before an immigration judge.

Here’s how it works:

Who it applies to:

People caught at or near the border (including airports/ports of entry).

People who entered the U.S. without proper documents or with fraud.

In some cases, people found inside the U.S. who have been here less than 2 years, depending on how the policy is applied.

Key Features:

No immigration judge involved.

A CBP or ICE officer makes the deportation decision.

The process can happen very quickly—sometimes in a matter of hours or days.

People usually can’t appeal the decision.

Exception – Fear of Return:

If someone says they’re afraid to return to their country, they must be given a credible fear interview by an asylum officer. If they pass, they might get a regular hearing in immigration court.

Look I’ll say it again nobody has issue with gang bangers, or folks caught sneaking across the border. The issue here is we don’t know who these people are. Their all just be labels gang/ terrorists, some of them likely are, some may not be, we just have to trust an administration that has proved time again again that the truth is overrated

Asylum seekers. Cut and paste.

In general, asylum seekers in the U.S. are legally entitled to a hearing before an immigration judge before they can be deported. However, there are some important exceptions where a person might be deported without a full court hearing:

1. Expedited Removal

If an asylum seeker is caught at the border or shortly after entry and cannot prove they have been in the U.S. for a certain period (usually 14 days or more), they may be subject to expedited removal.

However, if they express fear of returning to their country, they must be referred for a credible fear interview with an asylum officer.

If they fail that interview and do not request a review by a judge, they can be deported without a court hearing.

2. Reinstatement of Removal

If someone was previously deported and then re-enters the U.S. without authorization, their prior removal order can be reinstated, and they can be removed again without seeing a judge.

But again, if they request asylum or express fear of return, they must be given a reasonable fear interview first.

3. In Absentia Removal Orders

If an asylum seeker is scheduled for a court hearing but doesn't show up, the judge can order deportation in absentia (in their absence).

Summary

No, in most cases an asylum seeker cannot be deported without the opportunity for a court hearing, especially if they have expressed a fear of persecution or harm. However, in certain fast-track or special legal situations, deportation can occur without a full hearing if specific steps aren’t taken or if protections aren't properly invoked.

Someone on a student visa. Cut and paste.

A person in the U.S. on a student visa (F-1 or M-1) is generally entitled to due process, which includes the right to a hearing before an immigration judge before they can be deported. However, there are a few exceptions and scenarios where removal could happen more quickly or without a traditional court hearing:

---

1. Expedited Removal (Limited Use for Visa Holders)

Typically applies at ports of entry (airports, borders).

If a student arrives in the U.S. with a visa but is denied entry (e.g., due to visa fraud or lack of proper documents), they can be removed immediately without a hearing.

Once admitted into the U.S., however, expedited removal usually doesn't apply unless within 100 miles of a border and caught within 14 days of entry.

---

2. Violations of Visa Conditions

If someone on a student visa:

Drops out or falls below the required course load,

Works without authorization,

Or otherwise violates the terms of their visa,

They can be considered

Many of the people in Israel are good, and they still have freedom to oppose Netanyahu and his countless war crimes. Just subscribe to Haaretz.
