That said, the ACC is a better place to stay (at least until such time as (1) we have been admitted into the Association of American Universities (e.g., the AAU), (2) our exit path from the ACC would not be financially ruinous, and (3) the B1G had already signed a letter of intent with us that guaranteed our entry into the B1G.

Any fantasies that we might get into the SEC are just that … fantasies.
