Yep just like Christmas! I think this is a testament to what a special place Clemson is that these guys would return plus the idea getting another natty before they do leave doesn't hurt either.

With Hyatt and all of our players that chose to stay I would say we added about 9 or 10 7/8* recruits this week. As Coach has always said steel sharpens steel and there is going to be a lot of sharpening this spring

This DLINE won't haunt the opposing Offense. They'll smother them. They will haunt the opposing OCs tho, who will try to figure out what will work with no success.

If he does, WOW. Just double WOW. And, now, it is wide open for the next great receiver from WRU - Mr. Higgins!! So glad Mr. Hyatt is staying. Good for him. He did not have to do that. And now a healthy Mr. Fields might finally be able to live up to his expectations. Last, we once had the Judge (Jeff Davis, back during my college days), I think we now have the General in Mr. Joseph. Anybody ready to give him that title? Go Tigers. Let’s win it all in 2018.

You said it right- this is gonna be fun. Love me some Defense! Because one things for sure, you can’t be beat if the other teams don’t score.
Side note on last year’s numbers- imo were #1 in every category when you remove the third string numbers from the 3rd and 4th quarter. And spectacular if you removed the points that were automatic after turnovers.

This is absolutely incredible. All of us alumns know what a special place Clemson is. Add to it the culture and football environment Dabo and staff have created and it must be like heaven for these young men. That 13.6 ppg average was really more like 5 or 6 against the first team. I can’t think of a nickname worthy of these guys but the new nickname for all opposing offenses just became “Tiger Meat”!!!! These guys will be eating them for lunch!!!

I think Clelin's return was slipped out by David the other day in that "Weapons of mass destruction" article. He said "Coach BV has a missle he can throw at opposing offenses in Clelin Ferrell... "

I’d have to say one of the happiest people are our offensive coordinators. Gives them a lot of flexibility to take more chances and open that playbook up.

So here’s another thought. This would be a great time to bring back the Tiger rag. The way these guys interact and respond to the crowd I could see them and Death Valley going crazy waving the Tiger rag with them on the field. Anybody else like the idea??

I agree. Clemson started the tradition with the tiger rag eons ago. Now the "copy coots" stole it from TAMU. They would claim they we stole it from them. The tiger rag is great as long as it's not twirled like those no names and their lack of originality.
