My ONLY advice for the year

Nov 6, 2012, 6:36 AM

Please don't sell your tickets to the Clemson - SCar game to a Coot. In 2010, Death Valley was full of them. If need be, I will buy the dad gum things and GIVE them away to Clemson fans.

Dont think you have to worry this year

The coots are running scared this year. They see a vastly improved Boyd, Nuk, offensive line, and Sammy was injured last year. They see the defense getting better evey game also! Boyd was overwieght last year, and not a running threat, and he was not confident and not having fun. They have watched Nuk turn into a superstar and Sammy coming back. They have seen Venables help D. put fire into their bellies.
We have watched LSU, Florida and Tenn. run directly at the coots quick but light defensive line and then pass over their defensive backs. The coot fans are afraid the TIGERS WILL SMASH THEM THIS YEAR, and they are right.

Agreed. And be careful when determining if prospective

buyers are actual Clemson fans. I know the coots aren't very smart, but they may try to trick you into thinking that they are a Tiger by doing the following:

1 - Acting like they have a real job. Ask to see a business card, work ID or paystub if possible. Do not sell to anyone that works at a gas station or has the title "Sanitation Engineer".

2 - Pretending to be literate. Give any prospective buyer a paragraph to read aloud. Make sure that it is not something that they could have memorized.

On a side note, I bought some tickets on ebay for the VT game last year. The people texted me after the transaction to tell me how mad they were when they saw the tiger paw magnet on my truck as I pulled away with the tickets.

I check every person who contacts me about tickets to determine to the best of my ability that they're Clemson fans. This includes looking up their e-mail address on facebook and linkedin, as well as checking their name and contact information in the CU Alumni database. If I don't see proof they're legit Tiger fans, they go to the back of the line.

Obviously it's different on game day and i'm selling in front of the stadium, but it's pretty easy to pick out Clemson fans then. :)

Bengal, I'm looking for two of them. That is if you're giving them away.
