"x team did not belong because they got blown out" is asinine..in a 12 team format they do belong. thing is it should have never been expanded because there were blow outs ion the 4 team format every year.

I disagree.

I do think people saying X team did not belong is stupid. But I think the 12 team format is a good thing. This way every conference is guaranteed representation and you're guaranteed to capture the best team. Yes, that will come with blowouts, but that's the case in every post-season.

but competitive wise most years in the 4 team it wasnt competitive..since 2019 every game has been decided by 10+ points
