Looking for some info about Parking for ACCCG

After finally finding a pre-paid parking pass last night I noticed it said "no drinking or smoking allowed in this lot". Its lot L and I am seeing if anyone has heard if they are enforcing this or not. Seems dumb to restrict 1 or 2 lots from people drinking etc.
