10 wins in the regular season? Presuming that is a loss against UGA and one other ACC school. That will be good enough to make the ACC Championship game. We win that, we are in the playoff no doubt.
Then anything can happen.

And it took a bowl game to do it, as we won 8 in the regular season.
Since then, we lost our starting running back, one of our top receivers transferred out, and we lost several key defensive players in the NFL Draft.
We have the same QB and OC as last year.
People assuming we will win 11-12 games this year are living in a fantasy land. We absolutely could improve that much, but it will take a significantly improved offense, a defense that replaces some big losses, and much better coaching than we saw last year.

Fantasy Land? We eliminate TOs last year we make the playoffs undefeated. This year we have 2 alfas return at WR, Williams and Brown! We have 3 possible alfas in Turner, Moore, and Wesco! Not forgetting JB at TE. We have our top RB back in Mafa, with 4 serviceable players backing him up. Oh and we have a HOF OLine coach now to improve Line play. Our QB (still a 5🌟) is a 1yr starter with a 2nd yr under our 2nd yr OC, who has not had a full core of WR (ever) on the field. Why is it so hard to understand with a full arsenal at his disposal and another yr of maturity under his belt he can look and perform at a much higher level? I have no doubt he will! Oh and the defense, will be very good at all 3 levels. They return dogs at every position and have depth at all but LB. Skill at LB is better than last year and depth will be achieved early in the season. This team face it will be a problem and you will be able to see it first game! I got it CU-31 GA-14! In a huge eye opener! 👀

Collins was just a guy we have better receivers now with the freshmen amd everyone healthy...not worried about losing him in the slightest.

Last year lost 3 close games cause not kicking game. If that’s fixed can do it. If we ran Austin Westlake offense last year been better. worked to slow implementing TCU offense.

The disparity of schedules and playing less than half the conference teams will lead to 1 loss teams sitting out the championship. 17 teams this year for 2 spots. 10-2 still might give us a shot at wildcard above the team that loses the ACCCG though if not one of the 2 teams playing

Remember, DJ came to us as an 18 year old from a strong family structure. I always thought the distance from home and the breakdown of that family contributed to a mental instability that he just couldn’t overcome. I am betting that he is Not the same person today. That said: He does Not possess the athleticism needed to beat us. I’m taking our Defense All Day!
