Merrick Garland is still the AG.
Tell him that there is still time to reopen the former investigation into Matt Gaetz’s alleged perversions.
Why oh why did the DoJ drop the investigations into M.Gaetz several years ago? It’s not like Gaetz was some beloved, congenial favorite among his congressional colleagues.
If they really had the goods on Gaetz, then he’d have long ago been drawn and quartered.
All the Diddycrats have left is to smear him.

What happened when the DoJ, with all of their resources and motivation to protect the corrupt federal government institutions from voices of dissent such as Matt Gaetz’, to cause them to be unable to even come up with an indictment?
Heck, the DoJ had so little real evidence that they didn’t even bother to empanel a grand jury?

They can easily show he banged a 17 year old. It's illegal in Florida, but not illegal under federal law and legal in a bunch of states. For the federal investigators, they had to prove he moved her across state lines or out of the country for sex. That's where her cooperation was required. Notice how all the testimony you hear about is the dozen or so people who watched him bang the 17 year old.

Opinion pieces abound. No problem as far as I’m concerned that a publication offers an opinion, as long as that opinion isn’t a smear that is sold as being fact.
To NY Post’s credit, they point out Gaetz’ thin resume and history of partisanship as major detracting factors to his AG candidacy. They refrained from going all Olberman when expressing their negative opinion on Gaetz.
