So my Red Robin login got hacked

Chick ordered takeout with my registered card in the app.
I got notified and changed my password right away but their app sucks and doesn't log everyone out. Chick keeps changing my profile phone to hers
So I called her and got her address off the phone number.
Pos house in San Jose, ca. But with a Lexus SUV. Go figure.
Already called her and she hung up on me once I mentioned Red Robin. The fact that she kept changing the profile over and over has me not wanting to let this go.
Any good ideas based on all the info I have on this person? I'd call the police but I doubt they'd do crap based on the small amt.

Does the app show the full CC number? (Would be curious if she has the full number or just the last four...) If not, just change it to something invalid in the app but leave the last 4 digits the same.
Or call the CC, dispute the charges and then get a new card and number, but don't update the app. And if you know who she is, let the CC know.
Chances are that if she's got yours, she's got others. While yours is "small time money" it would all add up.
And if that doesn't work, since you know where she lives...
