I'll post the video below. It's from an independent FSU website. 20 minutes long. Most of you, understandably, won't bother to watch all of it. I'll give you the gist of it right here:
FSU is in the mess it is in because, staring in 2012 there were a series of horrible decisions made by the administration of FSU (several people, including two presidents, several ADs, BOT, etc.) where they essentially allowed the ACC to play them like a Stradivarius.
The blame falls on FSU. Swofford and the other folks in the ACC were looking out for the short term interest of the ACC. And, the FSU leadership, were willing partners in being duped by Swofford and Company.

The silence on this issue from Clemson, FSU and the ACC is deafening. Makes me think we are agreeing to the terms proposed a month or so ago.

I think there are a lot of negotiations going on behind the scenes. I continue to believe that in a very few years FSU and Clemson (and others) will be in the newly created SuperLeague.

If Clemson ends up in a football super league in 5 or 6 yrs then that solution is way better than the millions they would spend getting into the P2 only to end up in the super league shortly thereafter. Patience and good stewardship of resources is an worthy path to take in this chaotic college sports landscape.

So the ACC made the FSWTC cover up rape by their QB...made him steal crab legs from the Publix...made FSU the laughing stock of the nation in SI football graduation and progress ranking...made Dumbo Fishnet leave for Aggieland...made the powers hire a succession of dud coaches, empty the stadium and Welch on a game vs. CLEMSON. ACC had lots of power over those savages...oh heck let's sue...we are victims...ain't it sad!

Nice of you to bring this up...allow this was known back in 2012 then why did FSU continue to take the money and keep screwing up...send this to the ACC office in Charlotte...you have made their case stronger...as you must know given the fact that FSWTC has a law school, the statute of limitations starts when you knew or should have known, and estoppel is before that! IS FSU kinda like aggies without traditions but plenty of horsemeat!
