Hope we can get him a championship ring first. He's been solid when called on.

I wish he would stay because he is a good back. Next season we will be way too deep but Brooks has made some big plays this season.

SOOOOOO..... is he saying hes declaring for the NFL or quitting school?

I hope hes not quitting school because he has a free ride & that doesnt come very easy to get a free education. If hes declaring for the draft i wish him best of luck but his senior year could only help him. Regardless i love his style & wish him best of luck in the future. Go Tigers

He knows that with the way Gallman is playing and Feaster coming in next season, his role will be diminished. Good on him for graduating and I wish him the best next year.

Zac is definitely NFL ready, but I don't believe he's interested. What most people don't understand, is the NFL looks beyond playing time and starts. They evaluate prospects totally different from college coaches do while recruiting. Byron Maxwell is a great example. He started 8 games his entire time at Clemson. Also Martavius Bryant, his role was limited and now he's on his way to having a better NFL career than all WRs that have left Clemson.

Finishing (not quitting) school, and possibly giving up football. I guess it's also possible he could do grad school elsewhere and still play, but that could actually limit what he studies because he's not allowed to transfer and play next year unless he studies something in grad school that is not offered at Clemson.

will make an impact for another school and get a year of grad school paid for. Gallman is the man, Choice will be back, Feaster is coming.
Love Brook's work ethic and wish him all the success, starting with Sat at Syracuse and continuing through his career.

Zach was one of my son's position coaches during Dabo's youth camp a couple of years ago. He (my son) still talks about how much he learned and how "Coach Brooks" made him do things properly. God bless Zach in his next step. It's great to be a Tiger!

I'm guessing he will go some place to be the feature back

for one year in hopes of raising his draft status. If that's his decision I think it's a wise one. He would get meaningful snaps next year, but with Gallman playing #1 and Feaster likely #2 but really just splitting time, I don't think he would play enough to get drafted before the latest rounds.
I am grateful to him for what he has done for Clemson and wish him well.

I'm thinking the same thing. I think he has shown explosiveness when he has been given a chance this year. Just not enough chances and fewer next year. I would be absolutely shocked if he walked away from football and didn't give it another year at a RB-depleted program. Guy has a great skill set.

I really enjoy watching Zach and i think he's a good RB. Idk what his future plans are but maybe he looked at the depth chart and saw that he most likely won't get much playing time next year with Gallman, Choice returning next yr, incoming freshman Tavien Feaster, Tyshon Dye, and Fuller returning. Honestly, i can see Dye transferring after this year, he's been non existent for whatever reason so far this year. Regardless, we will still be in good shape at RB the next few years. Good luck to Zach, i hope everything works out with your future plans

Always loved how Zac ran. He always seemed to run hard and ran bigger than his size. I think a few seasons ago there was a story about how he struggles to keep on weight. I cant imagine him running if he could have gotten up to 215/220 pound range.

the days of the Riggins-type "workhorse" are gone, and kids break down too quickly to be giving Gallman 30 carries in game when you've got Zac there ready to go.
