Sheeeeeet he better. Crawford hasnt exactly been single game changer Like Bowers was his Junior and unfort last yr. Bower should have stayed one final yr but I guess he thought one dominate yr was suffice enough to go pro. Sure he got drafted but could have been higher.
This guy could be a junior season Bowers HIS FROSH YR.

Absolutely! This will impact the rest of our recruiting year. We went head to head with Alabama and other top programs for the top recruit in the nation and won. That's got to create ripples. Not to mention that we got two other top players from his program right out from under Georgia and Alabama noses. This is huge!

That Gallman kid is gonna be an absolute beast. Really looking forward to him developing in the program and rolling people. Might sound crazy, but he reminds me of Matt Forte.
And, good for them. Experiencing college with your best friends is really something that'll last a lifetime. Good stuff, all around.

I say yes, we keep him. He doesn't impress me a a flaky prima donna. Seems very level-headed, and I imagine he's really looking forward to playing with his HS teamates.

He does not seem like the type to commit everywhere he visits. His parent's financial situation is also a lot different from most highly rated athletes. I'd bet he stays all four years. Don't think he needs the $. He does not seem like he is overwhelmed by the attention.

Of all the impressive things about this kid, the family background will probably pay the most dividends. His parents are immigrants. It takes a lot of determination to get from Africa to here. His father is a doctor. His mother is a politician back in Nigeria. Parents like that don't raise a kid to go back on his word, or one who will get into trouble in college.

It's really cool that Clemson & Carolina have gotten the #1 recruits in the nation the past two years. I think both programs are heading in the right direction. Since I'm from Boston, I've always wanted this rivalry to get more respect nationally--and it looks like these programs are on their way to making that a reality.
Exciting times for football in the state of South Carolina.

I think its smart to offer a kid's teammates to get him. More schools should do that. Comfort zone of course. Alabama is so good they don't need to do that I guess.

Did you notice that the the running back we got is rated 4 star, and was heavily recruited by major programs? Bigger and faster than anyone we currently have on the team. And, I understand that the safety is a 3-star who is considerd a "sleeper," also heavily recruited. Just the kind of player that Wake uses to give us fits. As for Alabama, they are a great program, but we just showed that we can successfully recruit against them. Where we still lag, in my humble opinion, is in player development.

How about the other ones who cried about Dabo getting an extention?
