Does anyone know if a penalty can be charged to a team

if they deviate from the depth chart they release prior to the start of the game? I don't know that this has ever happened, but I imagine it would be an unfair advantage. I look for BC to try this, and every other trick they have up their sleeve.

Would be interesting to know.

I think that would probably fall under the same rule as the Crowd Noise Penalty, since it involves deception that is outside of the opposing team's control.
