So the Asian family that moved in next door in 2023 didn't stay long,

put the house on the market in January or February and moved out. They were a lil odd--never talked to the father (I guess?), the grandmother (I'm guessing) was very nice, brought me a big bag of some leafy greens from her garden one time that I didn't recognize or know what to do with. I also saw what looked like 4 brand new golf carts wrapped in plastic wrap in their garage one time when it was opened, dunno what to make of that.
ANYWAY...house has been sitting there empty for 8 or 9 months. I ran the mower over their front yard a few times when it got bad enough, blew off their driveway whenever I was doing my yard, nbd. I also grabbed their green trashcan to have a second, and filled both big cans a few times this summer when trying to purge stuff in the garage (didn't take, garage still looks like Lake Lure).
So this young couple apparently bought the house, assuming 19She is correct. I haven't seen them yet, and they've been in there for a couple weeks now. Earlier this week it occurred to me that I should roll their trashcan back over to their house, and then I forgot about it.
Put the trash out on Monday night, and Tuesday I went to check the mail, and somebody next door had taken the can and rolled it into their side yard. Now...on one hand, it's their trash can. But on the OTHER hand, there are multiple houses in the cul de sac with two green cans, including my neighbor on the other side. Does it take some balls to just TAKE the can and not confirm that it's the one that goes with their house? I feel like it does. So I already don't like them.

they called and found out it was theirs.
I have three - one time the garbage guys crushed one of them and hauled it off with them. I called the city and bout cussed out the woman when she said it wasn't my can, hung up on her. By the time I looked back in my Quicken to see when I paid for them, she called back and apologized, said she had found the can ID, and they would drop off a new one.

see if you can find a gas can in that unholy mess you call a garage. If it's empty, go fill it up but if there's already gas in it, you save some time in getting right to the burning of their house. Take the trash can with you after igniting the blaze so it doesn't melt in the raging inferno and BINGO BANGO BONGO...you have a second trash can again.
