Amazing Cade said he hadn’t practiced with the 1’s since the summer

Said he got about 30% of the reps this past week but that was first time since September. I guess they didn’t want to hurt DJs fragile mental state, but clearly they never gave Cade a chance until DJ hit rock bottom. Still seems very strange. I guess we will never really know why this all transpired the way it did.

That's fairly troubling. Apparently, coaches had not planned for if DJ was ill or injured.
