Albee Huggins is a true senior right?

I wonder if the idea of him taking a “5 game redshirt” was ever thrown around. Play FSU and the last 4 games of the season and get to be an incumbent starter next year. Sounds like it would be good for him and Clemson. Or maybe it is more complicated than I think it is.

You have a better chance of winning Lotto than he does of being drafted.

I think this guy is gone. He'll be a graduate and honeslty if the Tigers win the Natty there'd be almost no incentive to come back like the 4 big men this year

I hear you and would like Huggins to start for a full year

He seems like a better redshirt candidate than Skalski … must be Huggins and coaches see it differently.

Huggins is a Senior AND he's 2nd team DT

The coaches already moved Xavier Kelly to DT due to lack of depth. The chances that Huggins gets a redshirt are nil because we need him in the rotation.
Note: The new red shirt rule is 4 games.

Albert Huggins will be drafted on the second day - bank on it.
Tony Pauline:
Despite not seeing the field all that often due to the talent in front of him, keep Albert Huggins on your radar. He’s an explosive defensive tackle with nice size and an incredible first step. Huggins shows the ability to take over the action (watch the Florida State film), and I could definitely see someone taking a flier on him during the second day of the draft.

He seriously needs to RS. He does not get enough PT to make his case for being drafted. If he plays for CLEMSON next season, he will be one of the leaders and will get loads of hype, and will get drafted. It will almost guarantee him being drafted next year. He might get passed up this year and will have to work like crazy just to get onto a team. Not his fault as he is talented. He just needs to have lots of highlights to show the NFL.

He's our 2nd Team DT

He was one of the leading tacklers on the defense on Saturday with 4 (Wilkins was first with 6). He was also credited with 0.5 sack.
Last year he had 220 snaps (3rd most among our DTs). Sterling Johnson and Jabril Robinson transferred. He stands to get even more snaps this year.
