He made Daniel freakin' Jones a first-round pick! He would be a great candidate to come in and work at Clemson.
And that's before you consider his connections with the Mannings and what it would mean for possibly landing Arch

IMO it wouldn't move the needle for Arch a ton but it doesn't hurt. Even just to have Cut to focus solely on DJ and clean up his mechanics would be a massive boon

Agree. I've heard enough QB "experts" talking about bad mechanics with DJ and even Trevor getting worse during his time here. Cutcliffe has groomed several NFL quarterbacks and would be a great mentor to help clean up what we're coaching kids. Even if he's an analyst, having his experience in the building would be a boost.

Oh did I say coach? I meant that he would be given a media pass and would analyze players in real time, maybe even saying how he'd change their footwork on a 3-step drop

Good question. It seems like anybody in the Arch Manning sweepstakes would benefit from bringing him in as QB coach and chief QB recruiter for the NO area.

It would be a real master stroke if Kiffen could snap him up. But Cutcliffe may have hard feelings toward Ole Miss.

Semi retiring to a lake house in the upstate wouldn't really suck all that bad. Going from DI HC to sitting around the house might actually kill him.

I have read before he likes Durham and really likes being near the medical facilities and doctors there with his heart history. He may stay retired there.

Similar to what Jordan Palmer and several other well known qb "gurus" have done. Do that for a year or two and see if he wants to get back into the true action later.
