According to ESPN's Jamie Newberg, Manning defensive tackle Phillip Dukes will make his college decision on Feb 1. Dukes will visit South Carolina this weekend and North Carolina the next weekend. He has already visited Clemson and Alabama.
Dukes also rose from No. 230 to No. 101 in the latest Rivals overall rankings. "Dukes showed good athleticism for his size and the ability to rush the passer from his defensive tackle position as well as stuff the run," Rivals.com analyst Mike Farrell said. "He can also run plays down and he plays through injuries as he showed at the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas."
