Well back in the 1700's a man named David McSwain came from The Isle of Sky in Scotland, he settled in the Mountains of North Carolina. 278 years later THE WOODMAN SHOWED UP! In 1997 The Woodman (or Woody) enrolled into Clemson. The sad thing was in all of the courses I took no ever said "IF YOU GO TO CLASS AND LOOK AT THE BOOKS THE TEST ARE MUCH EASIER." In the spring of 99 I got a letter that said, "Woody your wasting your time here at Clemson and your Dad is wasting his money, time to check out and start the rest of your life digging ditches." So, instead of that I begged my way into The Citadel without my parents knowing I was doing it. I some how got in and at twenty-one years old I was having 18 and 19 year olds yelling in my face. Moral of this story to young Tigers who are planning to go to Clemson. The sun does shine at Clemson, thats when class is. Don't waste your time and end up here. My blood will always run orange, but I don't regreat this lesson in life. Maybe I can save someone from making the worst mistake of their lives.
