Started watching and listening to Clemson football at age 7. Am now 58. I remember when we first started to enter the "bigtime". We went to Oklahoma and lost. I believe it was 57-3. I was just as proud of that team as I was of the National Championship team. No one can say that we have not seen some of the best football and the most determined football players over the years. Remember N.C. States surprise when Buddy Gore caught that pass? Remember the trip to Notre Dame? How about Woody Hayes? And of course, Nebraska. I am so proud of the Clemson sports program, I don't know how to describe it. This is my life story.
