FSU coach on Clemson's new complex: "They were tired of FSU beating them" |
Clemson opened up its state of the art Football Operations Center on Wednesday afternoon as recruits, players, and media around the country have drooled over the amenities and opportunities that are offered for current and future Clemson football players.
ACC head coaches are even talking about the new Football Ops center for the Tigers as Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher discussed Clemson's facilities to boosters during the Florida State National Signing Day Show on Wednesday evening. "Just down the road in Florida they are building a $60 million complex," Fisher said. "Just today Clemson opened a $60 million complex. You know why they did? They were tired of Florida State beating them." It was unclear whether he was talking about on the field or in recruiting with beating Clemson. However, Clemson is no recruiting slouch and has beaten Florida State head-to-head 7 out of the last 12 games.
