Clemson freshman quarterback Trevor Lawrence is in the medical tent after apparently getting hit on his lower left leg in the first quarter against Wake Forest on Saturday.

Hopefully, this is nothing serious and purely precautionary for Lawrence.

We will update you when we have more information.

Update 1: Lawrence is back on the sidelines with the team.

Update 2: He is getting treatment on his left thigh.

Update 3: He will return to the field with 6:34 left in the first quarter.

Update 4: He was 20-for-25 passing with 175 yards and two touchdowns for a passer rating of 165.2.
