TV network announced for Clemson-Georgia Southern |
No. 2 Clemson's kickoff with Georgia Southern Saturday was moved up from 3:30 to noon, which meant a switch in TV networks.
ESPN made the move official with the game now airing on ESPNU at noon. The Tigers and Eagles are playing for the first time ever. Georgia Southern, which plays in the FBS Sun Belt Conference, is 2-0 after wins over S.C. State (37-6) and UMass (34-13). Clemson improved to 2-0 with a 28-26 win at Texas A&M last week and return home after opening the season with a 48-7 victory over Furman. The TV designation for Saturday’s game is now official.
