Syracuse schedules Clemson for their homecoming game

The football homecoming game is supposed to be a relaxing time as friends and family watch the home team beat up on an undermanned cupcake.

Syracuse is doing the exact opposite strategy as they announced reigning National Champions Clemson as their homecoming opponent on September 14.

Holy Cross was Syracuse's previously scheduled homecoming matchup.

The Orange finished second in the ACC Atlantic last season as they came up short 27-23 to the Tigers in 2018. However, Syracuse had a shocking win against Clemson in the Carrier Dome in 2017.
