Kelly Bryant updates his injury status

Clemson quarterback Kelly Bryant spoke to the media Monday and shared his playing status after his upper chest injury from a hard fall against Georgia Southern on Saturday.

"I just took a shot to the chest and then landed on the ball," he said. "It was one of those weird plays when you aren't really sure what happened but just wanted to make sure everything was fine because I was feeling a little weird. Went back in and did a few tests to make everything was good and everything turned out good. Now I'm fully recovered, began treatment and now feeling pretty much back 100 percent."

Bryant shared that it was the first time that he had experienced a chest injury like that play.

He was full-go during Monday's practice and said he would be ready to play today if there was a game.

During the Clemson win, he was 7-for-10 for 68 passing yards before leaving the game with the injury.
