Former Clemson WR has successful surgery |
Indianapolis Colts rookie receiver
Deon Cain was receiving glowing reviews during training camp for his playmaking abilities.
However, unfortunately, he suffered a season-ending torn ACL injury in the team's preseason opener against the Seattle Seahawks. Cain had surgery on Tuesday and by all accounts, it went well. "Surgery was Great," he posted. "Ready to attack this rehab to get back on the field and DOMINATE." Surgery was Great???? ?? "He was having a great camp... Big, big loss...He'll come back faster and stronger next year." Cain led Clemson in receiving yards (734) and touchdown receptions (6) last season, logging 58 catches. The Tampa, Florida product totaled 20 touchdown catches over three seasons which is tied for fourth-most in school history.
