Clemson-Ohio State Fiesta tops ESPN 'most entertaining' bowls

Two of the nation's three undefeateds meet in the desert on Dec. 28 with Clemson and Ohio State -- and ESPN named that meeting the top bowl of the postseason.

"In the past decade, only the 2013 Florida State team that won the national championship had a higher average margin of victory than this year's Ohio State team entering the postseason. This year's Clemson comes in a close third on that list," ESPN's David Hale writes. "This, in other words, is the ultimate unstoppable force vs. immovable object type of game, and the marquee matchups are all over the field...This game has as much built-in excitement as any we've had in the playoff era thus far."

LSU versus Oklahoma in the Peach Bowl is No. 2 on the list, followed by the Rose Bowl matchup of Oregon and Wisconsin, the Cotton Bowl between Penn State and Memphis and the Citrus Bowl pitting Alabama and Michigan.

CBS Sports also ranked the Fiesta Bowl as the most watchable scheduled game of the postseason.

"These are the two best teams in the country, and they have been all season long," CBS Sports college football writer Tom Fornelli said. "So, with that in mind, there's simply no way I could rank any other bowl game ahead of this one. They've been the two most dominant teams all year. The last time they met in a semifinal, Clemson won 31-0. I have a feeling this year's game will be a bit more competitive."
