Mam, I read your email to Coach Brad Scott and want you to know I will be praying for your son and your entire family. I am touched by your "grounded" comments and looking for Christ to be honored within this event in your families life. Life is more than being a Gamecock fan (which I am) and a Tiger fan .... it is about Christ pre-eminent - thank you for allowing your email to be shared. The part where your son took the Clemson jersey and rubbed it against his face - very touching and yes, he has worked hard and it is my hope that the upcoming months ahead (of rehabilitation) will be incredibly successful.

To my Clemson friends - best of luck in the bowl game Sunday evening. Though I root intensely for my Gamecocks, I never come here to talk trash - not what I am about.

Will say that KY's defensive front 7 is pretty physical ... surprised me of how physical. In any event, Merry Christmas to all of you .... May Christ be revealed to millions this Christmas ....
