And the saga continued, the roles were reversed
A bowl game looms, but Tigers still had the curse
Game time approaches, the view is amass
The color is orange, only one thing at task
The hill is our altar, the coots don’t believe
They enter without knocking, they can not conceive
This is OUR house, OUR home, you don’t do as you please.

The cannon has sounded, the ball is aloft
Fumble, loose ball, his team is soft
The Tigers take over, the end zone they see
The ##### soon find out what is not to be

The crowd is awakened, the slaughter begins
Lou is now facing the beginning of the end
TD Jasmine is all that you hear
Oh wait just a minute, that was last year
The phrase is replaced to every listening ear
TD Merriweather….loud and clear

The dominance continues, the defense held true
Not one time did you see a smile coming from lou

The game is played, the win is in hand
The ##### just want a little more mayhem
The benches clear, the fist start to swing
The ##### come forward with all they can bring

The slugfest is settled, the game still out of hand
The ##### start dreaming of a visor clad man
Lou changed the culture, from better to worse
But, does Mr Spurrier know there still is a curse

We want to thank you, we really do,
1-5 is your legend with us, can’t deny that’s not true

The dust starts to settle, and all we can hear
The same old, same old “Wait till next year”
