I love Clemson all the way but I'm not going to take extra time to dog the coots. I only care about Clemson and how they can get better.

Whoever told you they didn't care about baseball was lying. However, outside of SC it really is a secondary sport - and I think that is what a lot of people were getting at. Football is king, basketball is second, and then you've got baseball, lacrosse, softball, etc. as secondary sports.
