New TigerNet Feature: Ignore User

We are testing out the new ignore user system. Right now we are making it donor only (any level including student and military), but we will probably open it to all members if it doesn't take down the server 
You can ignore a user by clicking the bullhorn icon with an x over it beside their name on their posts. There is also a new button that says "Hide Ignored Users Posts". This will hide all topics and replies of those on your ignore list. When you are hiding posts, the button will change to "Show Ignored Users Posts (x)", where x is the number of posts that have been hidden.

You guys are great - I don't donate to this site for any of the the extras but I really think this would be one that should be used as a donor only feature if you want to increase the number of donors - even if it is at the lowest level.
