How can anyone call themselves a Clemson fan if they

can't even bring themselves to support a new head coach? Seriously, is your life that screwed up? If the shoe fits, wear it. That means that throwing a bunch of money (that Clemson doesn't really have) towards a big-name coach isn't always the best solution. You know what team keeps trying that in football? South Carolina. It hasn't really worked out so well, has it? Other coaches speak highly of him, so what is that they don't know that you do?
