SECTION 7 - CHAMPIONSHIP GAME

7.1 Once the Atlantic and Coastal Division participants have been selected per Section 6, Paragraph 3, the "home" and "away" teams shall be selected as follows.

        (a) North Carolina shall be the "home" team in any ACC Championship Game ("ACCCG") in which it participates.

        (b) Should North Carolina not participate, the remaining institutions in the State of North Carolina shall be designated as the "home" team in any ACCCG events in which they participate.

        (c) Clemson shall not, under any circumstances, ever be the "home" team in any ACCCG or bowl game.

        (d) In the event that none of the hereinbefore mentioned institutions are participating in the ACCCG, Ron Cherry shall have the sole authority to choose the "home" team.

             i. Mr. Cherry may elect to appoint both teams as "home" teams.
