On Wednesday, the clarion call of doom rang out. Beware, beware! There's a Hurricane a'comin' and it's gonna blow your wives and children away into the hills!

Two games and 24 (count'em! runs later) our Tigers have proven what weather folks already know. When a hurricane hits the mountains, it falls apart.

Stand firm as the mountains, Tigers. We've taken the gust and bluster, the squalls and wails of weather.

This afternoon we stand on the cusp of an amazing sweep. Don't lose focus. Don't lose heart. Don't lose your way in the dwindling wind and rain.

Congratulations, Clemson. We've weathered the hurricane.

What really is exciting to me is the fact that our team seems to be finding their rhythmn and getting red hot right before time for regionals, which is a very good time for it! Can you think of a better motivation tool and confidence boost than sweeping the Canes?
