So, just how BAD is the SEC East this year?

Funny you should ask.
The teams from the SEC East are a combined 3-15 vs teams from the SEC West. Their only 3 wins:
SCU (1st in East) over Bama (3rd in West) Tennessee (5th in East) over Ole Miss (6th in West) Vandy (6th in East) over Ole Miss (6th in West)
In addition to this, they have only 2 wins as a division against BCS schools, and both are vs Big East bottom-dwellers:
Florida over South Florida (5th in Big East) Kentucky over Louisville (6th in Big East)

Well guess we will see how bad the East is this week. Gators vs FSU, Clemson vs Gamecocks & GT vs Dawgs.
Should be fun to watch....

SEC East isnt as bad as you want it to be...

I've posted before just how close a good bit of the losses to the West teams were..they were still losses, but pretty close.
Like the SC guys says below...we'll find out the answers next week and people can shut up about it. At least they can win their division when it is down. It took us three or four years to win ours when it has stunk and it stinks again this year and we couldnt win it once again.

ACC Atlantic teams average 48th. After SC(17th) the next highest rated team is Fla at 43rd. ACC Atlantic has 3 teams ranked higher than Fla. (FSU, Md and NCSU) I congratulate SC on their championship, but if they claim we backed into ours last year what can they say about theirs this year?

All I know is, I don't care if the ACC Atlantic goes 1-2 next week so long as Clemson is the 1.

Every team in the ACC has lost a OOC game this year
Nov 21, 2010, 12:18 PM

The SEC has only 4 teams with a OOC loss. No conference in America has done better against the SEC west than the SEC east has. The east is still the 2nd best div in the country and you're right, thats below normal for the east.

If you think the SEX East is better than the Big 12 South, you are very very delusional!!

"No conference in America has done better against the SEC west than the SEC east"
Well, that's because ya'll have played them more than any division in the country. If the ACC Atlantic played the SEC West 18 times, we could probably pull off 3 wins too.
