play this year because he has been advised not to do so (by a physician) because of his eye injury he suffered in the altercation with the FSU players?

I heard he stepped in between Charlie and Gaines Adams who were going at it in an old-fashion Tamassee-Salem chainsaw duel. Currie got the worst end of the whole shebang, and the team has decided to shun CW.
