GSU was pretty classless….
Mar 18, 2014, 11:47 PM
|
|
Their fans were cheering when Blossomgame was hurt. Their coach, who did a good job of coaching, got volatile towards the end of the game. And their players were trying to start a fight towards the end of the game.
Kind of sad to see that, because they played as hard as they could and they were well coached.

The guy that was escorted out saluted Clemson fans as #1 with both hands.

That's a stupid thing to say dude. A lot of alum from and in Atlanta. A lot of players from there including Jaron Blossomgame. GSU is not a notable school from Georgia. You wouldn't want people trashing SC b/c of something Coastal did, would you?

Their kids seem like good kids. They played hard and wanted to win.
Using words like "Hood rats" say more about you than about those kids.

Between all the injury faking and other acting they did to get whistles, their coach getting T'd up, and two belligerent fans being escorted out while flicking off the entire crowd, I think it's safe to say they are a pretty classless bunch.

You can do the math. Yes, Harrow was a flopper, but you can't get mad at the kid for laying it all on the line to try to boost his team, even if it was questionable or non-existent. As for the technical it didn't appear to be very egregious, and some referees might not have called it. Their players and coach were very complimentary and respectful of our team after the game. Unfortunately every fan base has their jack@sses, regardless of socioeconomic status (see "hood rat"), or ethnicity, etc. and honestly I thought they were very spirited and vocal. Props to GSU.

Thought they were competitors, trying to beat a team with more talent.
Do you really think "hood rats" is an appropriate term?

Guys are totally "hood". Next time I see my buddy's hood in Buckhead, I'll have to pour a forty out in his pool for Harrow's nose.

The players played with a lot of heart and left it all on the court. I was impressed by their play and the coaching as well.

fans (from the NCAA baseball regional in Myrtle Beach that Clemson won).
Kind of had "small man syndrome".
They were cheering for their team and were trying extra hard to show that they belonged.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Don't you know that Clemson has never, in their entire history, in ANY sport, played a classy team consisting of classy players, a classy coach, and classy fans?
Clemson is the only team with ANY class in this world!
Where are you people from?!

Some of the fans I talked to were cool...

They were excited to be there for sure & you can't judge their whole fan base on a few's bad behavior. With that being said, me & my buddy got his last birdie finger while exiting the arena through the portal...As we wished him a nice ride & bye-bye I don't think he liked us! Lol!
However, we spoke to three GSt girls as we were all walking to the parking lot & told them "good game", hope they enjoyed Clemson & should check out our downtown before heading back to Atl...When they very impolitely said some stupid shiat about "happy to be leaving & get back to civilization". At that point our cordiality changed pretty quickly & we suggested they probably should get back there & stay there in that cesspool-trafic-jungle from which they came & take their sorry attitude & fatasses out of God's country!
Good game! Go Tigers!

LOL the let's be nice to everybody thing is getting real old.
I remember when Clemson was not real nice to everybody. I remember giving it to UGA and the coots real strong.
Marshal was the worst fan base I've seen at Clemson noway I'll ever say a good thing about that crowd

from where most of the GSU fans were seated so I didn't really notice any problems with them during the game.
Nothing wrong with getting loud and supporting your team.
However, I did notice while leaving after the game, that many of the GSU fans were incredibly mouthy.
