in a Von's grocery store parking lot in San Diego yesterday

a guy in an Expedition with an orange decal of the state of SC with a purple Paw in the middle parked beside me. I had a Clemson T-shirt on....we saw each other and stood there and talked Tiger football for 20 minutes and i realized that 2500 miles away from Clemson two fellas with a shared love of the Tigers could get fired up no matter where they were, even in Pacific Beach/SD. Just wanted to share that this AM with you all. He was a 1988 grad and works for the California Dept. of Health in SD.

I was driving on the beltway, and a guy drove up beside me. I guess he saw the Clemson sticker on my back window. I could see a lot of commotion going on to my left. I looked over, and the guy is mouthing to me, "I'M A CLEMSON TIGER!" I mouthed back, "ME TOO!" I gave him a thumbs up and then looked back at the highway before I was "that guy who caused the accident." It was pretty cool. It does happen more often than I'd think in Houston, but it's still not often enough.
I'M A CLEMSON TIGER!!! GO TIGERS!!!!!

Not quite as impressive as the other university to the south

They have guys all over the San Francicsco area talking about how much they love ##### and are addicted to them. I would say that the love for ##### among guys in northern california far outweighs those that have a love for Clemson. The Univeristy of South Carolina should be very proud.

though not quite as rare, had the same experience last month at a bi-lo near the isle of palms.gentleman was a local, but i'm from upstate ny(a world apart from nyc and long island.in fact we up here would like to secede from that part of the state.),so it was a bit unique for me.thoroughly enjoyable, since most around here don't even know where CU is.
