Not very often does one get to be part of something truly magical. We as Clemson fans have gotten to see it every Saturday for the last four years. Regardless of how this season ends you are already considered a champion in the hearts of all of us who call ourselves Tigers. The heart and passion you show when you step on the field is nothing short of amazing. There is a reason kids and grown men alike wear your jersey. You are a great athlete and just as great a role model for our children. I will probably get a little teary eyed when you run down the Hill for the last time. Your commitment to this team and University will long be remembered and appreciated. You deserve nothing but the best in life and football. You have been an inspiration. Get that ACC Championship you came back for, the Orange Bowl trophy, and the Heisman. You've earned it.

I hate to admit it, but told my wife I couldnt be more proud of him than if he were my own kid...the way he answered the questions from Erin Andrews...calling coach Bowden a legend, and honor to be recruited by him, he came back here to be counted on by his teammates, and that he wanted America to remember him for his passion for the game...I love this kid and what he means to us and how he has handled himself this year...If he does not at least make the trip to new york for the Heisman, then it shows absolute prejudice and bias in the voting system and what a sham...

I feel like I can call you C.J. because you and me are so much alike. I would love to meet you someday. It would be great to have a catch. I know I can't throw as fast as you, but I think you would be impressed with my speed. I love your hair. You run fast. Did you have a good relationship with your father? Me neither. These are all things we can talk about and more. I know you have not been getting my letters because I know you would write back if you did. And I hope you write back this time and we get to be good friends. I’m sure our relationship would be a real touchdown.
