We have a little bit of success in a sport and suddenly everyone has National Champion expectations. Then we lose a game, or have the slightest bit of disappointment and there is a total meltdown. Get real guys, last year was the first time we even made the tournament since when???? And when was the last time we were ranked #9?And to single out a guy like Sykes on top of all this is completely rediculous. It's a team sport and its won and lost as a team. Maybe the fact that Sykes had to take (and miss) so many shots means someone else wasnt getting open like they should be. Regardless, I think we should all be happy with the strides OP has made with this program and the fact that we are 16-1 in January, and looking like the 3/4 best team in the ACC... thats saying a lot. I've watched a lot of basketball this year and we just hung in there with probably most complete team I've seen on the floor so far (with possibly the exception of Pitt) on a very bad shooting day. So please everyone just chill out and stop making us look like a classless bunch of Coots.

Great things can still happen. When you compete in the nations best conference it prepares you much better for March Madness. Keep in mind, the ACC Tourney is played right down the road from Clemson and anything can happen in that. The Tigers could earn as high as a #4 (Big Dance) seed and make it into the Sweet 16 without hardly breaking a sweat. The ride is gonna be fun.

his offense and intentionally leave him open which is why the others (Booker) are doubled. When Jennings gets here that's over and there will be plenty of open shots - Just wait !!
