Guy on ESPN just reported that the player from Buffallo

Sep 11, 2007, 6:11 PM

that was seriously injured this past sunday is moving his arms and legs. The doctors are now optimistic that he will walk again. Said they performed a state of the art process that lowered his body temp immediately after the injury. That is really, really good news. You never want to see a guy be paralyzed because of a football injury or any injury for that matter. Hopefully he will be ok after all the early bad news.

Let's all pray that he can at least walk again. Forget football.

Are you really this big of a prick, or is this just more Lunge chest thumping?

Seriously, just asking

badge-donor-10yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Not the place for debate. Take it elsewhere.

Sep 11, 2007, 8:14 PM

Great to hear he isn't fully paralyzed.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I have no need to thump my chest. I also have no need

Sep 11, 2007, 8:19 PM [ in reply to Re: As much as there was a need for others saying lets all ]

to be self righteous enough to try to tell everyone to pray for someone. I'm not going to. I said I was glad to hear it. No need for me to pray for him nor anyone else I choose not to.

fair enough***

badge-donor-10yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

it's not our responsiblity for us to pray for those in need,

Sep 11, 2007, 8:25 PM

but it's a great feeling to know, or not know that someone cares for you, just saying

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

There's something absolutely ironic about your statement...

Sep 11, 2007, 8:43 PM

but I'm entirely too sick to go into it. Sorry I made a comment at all, to tell the truth!

So I'm being self righteous?

Maybe I should have said all those who believe in God should pray and all those who don't believe in God should do nothing.

How's that?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I believe in God, that there is a God...

Sep 11, 2007, 8:52 PM

I'm just not the type to randomly send out prayers. Just because I'm stingy with them to save them for causes I feel need them doesn't make me an atheist.

badge-donor-05yr.jpgmilitary_donation.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Why would you give this idiot a point, do you think God puts

Sep 11, 2007, 9:55 PM

a limit on prayers? Give me a break.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Great news!

Sep 11, 2007, 6:24 PM

When I saw the subject heading, I feared the news was going to go the other way. Let's hope he can still have a wonderful life ahead of him!
