I just realized something.....

After the loss, I can't ever remember being so mad.......and then my wife gave me a talk.
She helped me realize that 3 years to the day more than 3,000 people lost their lives and their loved ones felt more pain than I can ever feel because of the result of a football game.
She helped me realize that after getting hit by two hurricanes in the past three weeks, that we still have another one out there named Ivan even more catastrophic than the previous two combined.
After listening to her, I was speechless. I'm glad she was able to set me straight!

I haven't taken ANY loss in ANY sport as hard since that day. This hurts, yes, but those familes experienced a loss that they can never rebound from one week later.
