my baby boy has turned the University of Pennsylvania down for Clemson.  I know this because he's moving to the upstate today.
Why not take the Ivy up on their scholarship offer and a the sweet price tag of 13K/year, you ask? The boy was born a Tiger for I was a Jr the year he was born.
He is taking this semester off to be able to pay for his spring semester and will get some scholarship help next year.
Yep, I'm proud of him for getting the Ivy offer and having the good sense to go where he'll be the happiest, satisfy his soul and never have to look back and wonder what if.
Proves one thing, if you're born with a Tiger inside it'll find its way out!

Thank you, sir. The boy is 26 years old. I'd given up on him making it to college muchless getting 60 hours of juco with a 3.79 GPR and returning to Pickens County to the finest University in the land. He deserves Clemson and we sure as deserve him!

I'd have to buy the White Album again? You know how much that ### thing cost?
I've converted my 8 track to reel to reel. I put all the tape on a ribbon spool and pull it across the head with a Penn 12-1 deep-sea fishing reel. I use Crane tripple valve springs and Harlan-Sharp 6.5-1 roller rocker arms for the head tensioner.
You can't do the good chit like that with this modern junk. It's don't run up my light bill like that plug in stuff either.

Sounds fine to me. The crank-spring on my Victrola is broken so I can't do vinyl anymore.
