Three Best BC Players You've Seen

It's a rainy day in the Upstate. Looking for some positivity. I've always liked playing BC. They tend to usually play hard, but run out of gas later in the games. Last year was definitely an exception.
My Three:--Luke Kuechly, Doug Flutie, Matt Ryan. Luke was my favorite player to watch.

Shouldn't. No element of targeting in that tackle.Hit is with the shoulder pad, not crown of helmet, and not to head or neck area.

forcible contact to head or neck area to draw foul for targeting. The rule now says forcible contact against an opponent with the crown of the helmet.
Dunham launched into Ryan hitting him squarely in the chest with the crown of his helmet.
Under the current rule, that is absolutely targeting.

You and I see the video differently. To me, it looks as if the crown of Dunham's helmet is always to the side of Ryan's chest.
